Using Zeplyn for Debriefs

Use Zeplyn on Desktop/Mobile for Debriefs

This method can be used to record a dictation after a meeting. Useful in cases for this are when you didn’t have the time to turn on Zeplyn or it was just a casual encounter with your client you wanted to capture some quick notes. E.g.- out on the golf course.

1. Open Zeplyn on your Mobile phone or Desktop.

2. Click Create if on your desktop, plus icon if you’re on Android, or an iPhone it will just pop up with the ability to start-jump to step 5.

3. Select meeting type as Debrief.

4. Toggle to Use Mic.

5. Enter the name of the client you spoke to in the Attendees section

6. Hit Start to begin dictating

   REMEMBER: When on the mobile app, always hit Save! Dictation will be converted to a note in a few seconds.
