Speaker Remapping

Users can remap the speakers and reprocesses the note if the speakers are switched up or backwards.

After a meeting, you are able to remap or change the speakers who attended the meeting. Occasionally, without enough context, speakers will be swapped. This can be fixed very easily.

  1. Open the note which you wish you update.

  2. Navigate to “Transcripts”

  3. Click “Remap Speakers”

4. Select the correct speaker using the drop down menu and click “Confirm.”
