Resetting your Password or First Time Log-in

If you've forgotten your password or are logging in for the first time with a username and password, follow these steps to reset and access your Zeplyn account.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Zeplyn Login Page:
    ​https://app.zeplyn.ai

  2. Click “Forgot Password”
    Under the login fields, click the “Forgot Password” link.

  3. Enter Your Email Address
    Type in the email associated with your Zeplyn account and submit the form.

  4. Check Your Email
    You’ll receive a password reset email with a secure link.
    ​💡 Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

  5. Create a New Password
    Click the link in the email. Enter your new password twice to confirm.

  6. Return to the Zeplyn Login Page
    Use your email and new password to log in.

First Time Logging In?

New users who plan to log in with a username and password can either:

  • Request a randomly generated password from Zeplyn via email

    OR

  • Click “Forgot Password” and follow the steps above to set their own password.
