# Resetting your Password or First Time Log-in

## If you've forgotten your password or are logging in for the first time with a username and password, follow these steps to reset and access your Zeplyn account.

### How to Reset Your Password

1. **Go to the Zeplyn Login Page:**  
   ​[https://app.zeplyn.ai](https://app.zeplyn.ai)
2. **Click “Forgot Password”**  
   Under the login fields, click the **“Forgot Password”** link.
3. **Enter Your Email Address**  
   Type in the email associated with your Zeplyn account and submit the form.
4. **Check Your Email**  
   You’ll receive a password reset email with a secure link.  
   ​*💡 Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.*
5. **Create a New Password**  
   Click the link in the email. Enter your new password twice to confirm.
6. **Return to the Zeplyn Login Page**  
   Use your email and new password to log in.

### First Time Logging In?

New users who plan to log in with a username and password can either:

- Request a **randomly generated password** from Zeplyn via email

  OR
- Click **“Forgot Password”** and follow the steps above to set their own password.
