Logging into your Zeplyn Account

To login to your Zeplyn account review the options available to you. 

Open the Zeplyn App
-Go to: https://app.zeplyn.ai

* Some Enterprise customers may have a different login URL. Please confirm with your Firm Administrator or our support team.

Option 1: Log In with Microsoft or Google (SSO)

  • Click the Microsoft or Google button in the bottom right corner of the login screen.

  • You will be redirected to your provider’s login screen.

  • Enter your Microsoft or Google credentials to log in.

What is SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to securely log into multiple applications using one set of login credentials. It simplifies access and improves security.

​Option 2: Log In with Username and Password

You can also log in by entering your email address and password directly into the login fields on the screen.

  • Enter your email address and password.

  • Click “Log In”.

First-time users:

  • You will have received a randomly generated password via email.

  • If you haven’t set your password yet, you can click “Forgot password?” to create a new one.

If you can't log in:

  • Click “Forgot password?” to receive a reset link via email.

  • Follow the link to set a new password and regain access.

 

You will be inside the the Zeplyn web application after successful authentication using your credentials.
