How to Integrate Tamarac CRM with Zeplyn
Zeplyn integrates directly with Tamarac CRM to streamline syncing of meeting notes, debriefs, and follow-up tasks. Follow the steps below to connect and start syncing.
🔧 Setting Up the Integration

Go to Settings → Integrations.

Under Available Integrations, find Tamarac.

Click Connect and sign in using your Tamarac credentials.

On successful sign-in, your configuration will be added automatically — no manual setup required.
📝 Syncing Notes to Tamarac
Once your integration is connected:

Navigate to the Notes section in Zeplyn.

Select the note you’d like to sync.

Click Sync to CRM.

From the dropdown, choose the Household Account (from Tamarac) you want to sync the note to.

Toggle the attributes you want to sync, then select the CRM Upload Target — choose from available options like New Appointment or New Phone Call.

Click Synchronize to complete the sync.
⚠️ Important:

Once a note is synced to Tamarac, it cannot be edited in Zeplyn.

Meetings in Zeplyn are mapped to Appointments in Tamarac.

Debriefs are synced as Phone Calls.

Tasks from the note are consolidated into a single Follow-Up Task in Tamarac.
📍 Where to Find Synced Data in Tamarac CRM
After syncing, your data appears under the Client Account you selected:

Notes / Phone Calls / Appointments → Found under the client’s Account record in Tamarac.

Tasks → Appear as a consolidated Follow-Up Task under the same client account, containing all relevant details from the meeting note.
🔄 What Zeplyn Retrieves from Tamarac CRM

Accounts: All household accounts (type: Account) available for syncing.

Notes / Phone Calls / Appointments: Notes and activities associated with each client account.

Zeplyn also fetches Appointments and Phone Calls from Tamarac’s Activities section for reference and context.
