# How to Integrate Tamarac CRM with Zeplyn

## Zeplyn integrates directly with Tamarac CRM to streamline syncing of meeting notes, debriefs, and follow-up tasks. Follow the steps below to connect and start syncing.

### 🔧 Setting Up the Integration

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations**.
2. Under **Available Integrations**, find **Tamarac**.
3. Click **Connect** and sign in using your Tamarac credentials.
4. On successful sign-in, your configuration will be added automatically — no manual setup required.

### 📝 Syncing Notes to Tamarac

Once your integration is connected:

1. Navigate to the **Notes** section in Zeplyn.
2. Select the note you’d like to sync.
3. Click **Sync to CRM**.

1. From the dropdown, choose the **Household Account** (from Tamarac) you want to sync the note to.
2. Toggle the attributes you want to sync, then select the **CRM Upload Target** — choose from available options like **New Appointment** or **New Phone Call**.
3. Click **Synchronize** to complete the sync.

⚠️ **Important:**

- Once a note is synced to Tamarac, it cannot be edited in Zeplyn.
- **Meetings** in Zeplyn are mapped to **Appointments** in Tamarac.
- **Debriefs** are synced as **Phone Calls**.
- **Tasks** from the note are consolidated into a single **Follow-Up Task** in Tamarac.

### 📍 Where to Find Synced Data in Tamarac CRM

After syncing, your data appears under the **Client Account** you selected:

- **Notes / Phone Calls / Appointments** → Found under the client’s **Account record** in Tamarac.
- **Tasks** → Appear as a consolidated **Follow-Up Task** under the same client account, containing all relevant details from the meeting note.

### 🔄 What Zeplyn Retrieves from Tamarac CRM

- **Accounts:** All household accounts (type: *Account*) available for syncing.
- **Notes / Phone Calls / Appointments:** Notes and activities associated with each client account.
- Zeplyn also fetches **Appointments** and **Phone Calls** from Tamarac’s **Activities** section for reference and context.
