# How to Draft a Follow-Up Email to Meeting Attendees

## Use Zeplyn to draft a follow up email to your client with notes and action items from your meeting.

To automatically draft a follow-up email for a meeting:

1. Select the meeting note you would like to send the email summary for
2. Click on the "Draft follow-up email" icon in the top right corner.
3. A window will open and a draft email will appear titled: "\[DRAFT\] Follow-up email for \<meeting name\>"
4. Copy and paste the email preview into your preferred email provider

`💡 Note that the follow-up email will never be sent directly to your clients. You can copy and paste the email draft to use in whatever platform you’d like!`
