# How can I send the Notetaker to my meetings early?

## You can have the Zeplyn Notetaker join your meetings a few minutes before they start, so it's ready to capture the conversation if your meeting attendees join early.

This setting is organization-wide and can only be changed by an **Org Admin**.

**To set it up:**

1. Go to **Admin → Notetaker** (under Organization Preferences).
2. Find the **Join Before Meeting (minutes)** field near the bottom of the page.
3. Enter the number of minutes you want the Notetaker to join before each meeting begins.
4. Click **Save Changes**.

That's it! The Notetaker will now join every meeting however many minutes early you enter across your organization.

**Note:** Setting the value to `0` means the Notetaker joins at the scheduled start time. If you're not an Org Admin, you won't see the Admin section — ask your organization's admin to update this for you.
