# Email a Note

## Email the contents of a note to yourself or to colleagues with one click.

You can email a note by clicking the email button in the top right corner. From there you can choose to send it to yourself, to a colleague, or to both.

**Emails are sent from [noreply@zeplyn.ai](mailto:noreply@zeplyn.ai).**

*\*Make sure to add this address to your safe senders' list, otherwise the email may end up in spam.*

#### Choosing who receives the note

When you select 'Email Notes' you will be asked to select the recipients:

- **Yourself** — the note is sent to the email address on your account.
- **Colleagues** — search for and add one or more colleagues to send the note to them as well.

You can send to yourself, to colleagues, or to both at the same time.

#### What's included in the 'Email Notes' email

You have the ability to select what you would like to send. Choose the sections of the note you want to include before sending, and only the selected content will be shared with the recipients you've chosen.
